The design takes functional, urban and climate-ecological requirements into account. The residential and office space with over 800 square meters is spreaded over four floors. The groundfloor and light basement offer private accommodation with a self contained annex, the upper floor and attic contain the office space.

The south-facing single pitched roof covered with titanium zinc sheet and solar panels contribute to a nenewable energy consumption. To provide visual contrast, the north roof is an arched roof.
