Remseck Castle, built in 1540, has been rebuilt several times over the years and changed its owner.

A fundamental reorganization of its external envelope was necessary. Within listed legal conditions, the entire roof has been renovated and decorated, by replacing the trefoils and covers for the the gable peaks. The entire fascade with its natrual stone elements was carefully renewed. The German Heritage Office contributed significantly during design stage.
